Cancellation Policy
At Kurbsy, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality transportation services. To ensure efficiency for all clients and maintain operational excellence, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation policy. Clients may cancel their scheduled ride at no charge if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled ride will result in a forfeiture of 100% of the ride cost, as resources are specifically allocated for each reservation. 2. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period at the time of pick-up. If the client is not present within this timeframe, the ride will be classified as a no-show cancellation, and the full fare will be charged. Drivers are not required to wait beyond the grace period. 3. Rescheduling rides. Clients may request to reschedule a ride at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before pick-up will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to the full ride charge. 4. If a client cancels within the permitted 48-hour window and has prepaid for the service, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Cancellations made outside this window are non-refundable. 5. Exceptional Circumstances. Kurbsy understands that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of documented medical emergencies or severe weather conditions that impact service, exceptions may be considered at Kurbsy’s sole discretion. Clients must contact info@experience-kurbsy.com within 48 hours of scheduled ride in order to request a review of their case. 6. Payment Disputes & Resolution. All charges are final unless a billing discrepancy is reported. If a client believes they were incorrectly charged under this policy, they must submit a written dispute within 3 calendar days of the scheduled ride to info@experience-kurbsy.com for review. By booking a ride with Kurbsy, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
